Normally you can return all ordered goods.

You can return all products within 14 days of the invoice date. Please proceed as follows:

You must send the products to be returned to me undamaged and in their original packaging within 14 days. Please make sure that the labels are still attached to the goods. You must absolutely and absolutely make sure that the goods are new, unworn, unused and in their original condition. Otherwise I cannot take the goods back!

If you want to exchange an item, the postage for sending it again will be charged. Complaints must be made in writing within 5 days of the date of purchase

Indicate on the original invoice which item you are returning. If possible, give a reason so that I know in the future where we can improve and thus avoid unnecessary returns. Please include the original invoice in the return package so that I can assign the returned items to your order. You will then receive a new invoice. If you paid by credit card or another prepayment method, I will refund you the difference.
